Entry audit: see the 3–5 things your landing page should fix first

A complete audit of one URL on mobile and desktop. You get the report, the recording, the call and an executable change list — no code changes included.

$149 / ¥995 / RM608 · one URL · 3–5 business days · one clarification round · GA4 + Clarity + PageSpeed

What you receive

  • Scope: one URL, reviewed separately on mobile and desktop.
  • Issue list: 3–5 highest-priority issues, each with an annotated screenshot marking the exact element.
  • Evidence: GA4 event and funnel data, Microsoft Clarity recordings and click maps, PageSpeed Insights mobile metrics.
  • 8–12 page report: screenshot → evidence → priority → recommended change → acceptance criteria.
  • 10–15 minute recording: each issue explained in the context where it appears.
  • 30-minute call: walk through the priorities and answer your questions.
  • One clarification round: questions about the report, excluding new scope.

Not included: code changes, implementation, A/B testing execution, ongoing monitoring.

Timeline

  1. Day 0: submit the form and store details; eligibility confirmed within 24 hours.
  2. Day 1: work starts after payment; you grant read-only access to the store, GA4 and ad data.
  3. Days 1–3: data checks, mobile and desktop walkthroughs, issue ranking.
  4. Days 3–5: report, recording and screenshots delivered; walkthrough scheduled.
  5. After the call: one clarification round; implementing the fixes moves to the single-page fix.

What I need from you

  • Store URL (one; multiple URLs quoted separately)
  • Read-only store backend access (Shopify, WooCommerce or Shopline)
  • GA4 read-only access, or exported event and funnel screenshots
  • Ad data from at least one of Meta, TikTok or Google — last 30 days spend, clicks and conversions
  • Microsoft Clarity access (optional but strongly recommended)
  • One sentence on the biggest current problem and the hypothesis you want tested

Acceptance criteria

  • 3–5 issues, each with evidence you can re-check; no “it just feels off” conclusions.
  • Each issue carries a priority (impact × effort) and an executable recommendation.
  • Each recommendation states how to verify it: metric, dashboard, observation window.
  • Report 8–12 pages, recording 10–15 minutes, call 30 minutes.
  • Uncertainties and data gaps are labelled; no invented benchmarks.

Price

  • Entry audit: $149 / ¥995 / RM608 (one URL, mobile + desktop).

  • Refund: full refund before work starts; no refund after the report is delivered.
  • Not included: code changes, implementation, A/B testing, ongoing monitoring.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have mobile only, at a lower price?

The price covers one URL reviewed on both mobile and desktop and is not split. Mobile is the priority, but desktop traffic still converts for many Southeast Asian buyers, so both are reviewed.

Can I submit more than one URL?

The entry audit covers one URL — pick the landing page that receives most of your ad spend. Additional URLs are quoted separately, and usually the highest-traffic page is audited first.

Will the findings be vague?

Every issue comes with a screenshot, a data reference and acceptance criteria: which metric, which dashboard, how long to observe. Where data is missing, the finding is labelled heuristic rather than presented as a conclusion.

Can the report be revised after delivery?

One clarification round is included for questions about the report and the reasoning behind each finding. Implementing the recommendations is a separate single-page fix ($499).

What this service does not promise

  • No fixed conversion uplift and no statistical-significance promises for A/B tests.
  • Code changes are not included; the fix list is executed by your developer or operator.
  • Findings rely only on the data and recordings available; missing data is flagged in the report.
