About

About: one person, one scope, one verifiable method

I am an independent operator. You work with me directly — no account managers, no subcontracting. The scope is landing page conversion work plus three growth services for Southeast Asian cross-border stores.

Who you are working with

Data checks, page walkthroughs, writing the report, recording the walkthrough, implementing the changes and verifying them — all done by the same person. Because there is no hand-off, nothing gets lost in translation between the audit and the fix.

I do not run full-service agency work: no managed ads, no full store development, no general retainer. A single operator can only do a few things well, so the scope stays narrow on purpose.

How I work

  • Data first, opinions second: GA4 for events and funnels, Microsoft Clarity for sessions and click maps, PageSpeed Insights for mobile performance. An issue only enters the list when at least two sources agree.
  • Deliberately short lists: three to five highest-priority issues per audit. Longer lists do not get implemented; they just consume budget.
  • Every conclusion is checkable: screenshot → evidence → priority → recommended change → acceptance criteria.
  • Gaps are labelled: where data does not cover something, the finding is marked heuristic; no invented benchmarks.
  • Non-promises are written down: no fixed conversion uplift, no statistical significance, no ranking, traffic, citation or follower guarantees.

Scope boundaries

What I do

  • Landing page conversion audits on mobile and desktop
  • 3–5 changes implemented, QA’d and verified
  • SEO audits and fix sprints, GEO visibility work
  • 30-day social content operations
  • NDA on request; access revoked after delivery

What I do not do

  • Managed ads, account hosting or general retainers
  • Full-site rebuilds, multi-page batches, platform development
  • Fixing platform or payment gateway faults
  • Guaranteeing conversion, ranking, citation or follower numbers
  • Unlimited revisions or monthly unlimited work

Why the scope stays narrow

Most landing page conversion problems are not about creativity. They sit in a handful of specific places: the hero proposition, the primary button, trust information, shipping and returns, and mobile form design. Those can be inspected, changed and verified — and written into a report you can re-check.

A narrow scope makes delivery concrete: issues point at elements, changes point at positions, acceptance points at metrics. Services that cover everything usually explain nothing, which is also why the case page shows sample audits on my own demo stores rather than borrowing someone else’s results.

Start with the entry audit

Entry audit $149 / ¥995 / RM608: 3–5 highest-priority issues, report, recording and a 30-minute call.
