- I never ask for account passwords by email; access is granted through the platform’s read-only invitation flow.
What happens after you submit
- Within 24 hours: I review your store and traffic context and confirm whether the audit fits.
- Eligibility: if it fits, you receive pricing and payment details; if not, I explain why and suggest a better route.
- Payment and start: work begins after payment, with access and delivery dates agreed.
- 3–5 business days: report, recording and screenshots delivered; a 30-minute walkthrough is scheduled.
Before you submit
- Your store runs on Shopify, WooCommerce or Shopline (marketplace-only shops are out of scope).
- The store already receives ad traffic — roughly 5,000+ monthly visits is a better fit.
- You can grant read-only backend access and share at least one of: ad account data or GA4.
- You accept that no fixed conversion uplift and no statistical significance will be promised.
