Privacy policy

This policy explains how Zixinwang (zixinwang.com) collects, uses, stores and deletes information when delivering landing page audits, fixes and growth services. Last updated: 8 November 2026.

1. What we collect

  • Information you submit: name, email, store URL, monthly traffic, main traffic source, description of the current problem and whether you can grant backend access.
  • Access data during delivery: with your authorisation, aggregated data and page information from GA4, the ad account and the store backend. Scope is limited to what the audit requires.
  • Basic technical data: server access logs containing IP address, timestamp and request path, used for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect personal information unrelated to the service, and we never ask for account passwords by email or through the contact form.

2. How information is used

  • To assess whether your store fits the service and to answer your enquiry.
  • To deliver audits, fixes and growth services, including reports, recordings and change logs.
  • To meet billing and contractual obligations.
  • We do not use your information for marketing lists, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.

3. Data minimisation

  • Only the access the audit needs: GA4 read-only, ad account read-only, store backend read-only (temporary admin where a theme change requires it, revoked immediately afterwards).
  • Access is revoked within three business days of delivery; no long-term access is retained.
  • No data tables unrelated to the engagement are downloaded or exported.

4. Retention and deletion

  • Enquiries: kept for 12 months from the last exchange, then deleted.
  • Deliverables (reports, recordings, screenshots): kept for 12 months after delivery for follow-up questions, then deleted.
  • Billing records: kept as long as legally and fiscally required.
  • You may request access, correction or deletion at any time; requests are handled within 7 business days.

5. Confidentiality and case studies

  • Client names, domains, page screenshots and data are never published — not in portfolios, case studies or social media.
  • The case page shows audits performed on demo stores I built myself, labelled “sample, not client data”.
  • Using your project as a case study requires your prior written permission, including exactly what may be shown.
  • An NDA can be signed on request — your template or mine — before access is granted.

6. Cookies and third-party tools

  • This site runs on WordPress; logging into the admin area uses session cookies to keep you signed in.
  • We do not run remarketing tags on visitors. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this page will be updated with what is used and why.
  • Tools used during service delivery: GA4, Microsoft Clarity, PageSpeed Insights and the relevant ad platform. That data belongs to you as the store owner; we access it only with your authorisation.

7. Contact

  • Email: dgwebsite@foxmail.com
  • Phone: +86 192 3099 2137 (weekdays 10:00–19:00, GMT+8)
